## SEC. 10716 LAB PARTNERING SERVICE PILOT PROGRAM **[**[42 U.S.C. 16391 note](/us/usc/t42/s16391)**]** Section 9002 of division Z of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(h) Authorization of Appropriations > > There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025 to carry out subsections (a), (b), and (c), and $1,700,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025 for National Laboratory employees to provide services under subsection (d).” > .
