## SEC. 10671 ESTABLISHMENT OF BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY SPECIALIST POSITION WITHIN OSTP **[**[42 U.S.C. 19271](/us/usc/t42/s19271)**]** The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall establish or designate a blockchain and cryptocurrencies advisory specialist position within the Office to coordinate Federal activities and advise the President on matters of research and development relating to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and distributed ledger technologies. ## Subtitle I Partnerships for Energy Security and Innovation
