(a)Short Title **[**[38 U.S.C. 101 note](/us/usc/t38/s101)**]** This section may be cited as the “Mark Takai Atomic Veterans Healthcare Parity Act of 2022”. ###
(b)Enewetak Atoll **[**[38 U.S.C. 1112](/us/usc/t38/s1112)**]** Section 1112(c)(3)(B) is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: > > ###### “(v) > > Cleanup of Enewetak Atoll during the period beginning on January 1, 1977, and ending on December 31, 1980.” > .
