## Sec. 1502 other requirements **[**[34 U.S.C. 10352](/us/usc/t34/s10352)**]** Subparts 1 and 3 of part E of this title shall apply with respect to funds appropriated to carry out this part, in the same manner as such subparts apply to funds appropriated to carry out part E, except that— ####
(1)section 505(a) of this title shall not apply with respect to this part; and ####
(2)in addition to satisfying the requirements of section 502, each application for a grant under this part shall include in its application a statement specifying how such grant will be coordinated with a grant received under section 505 of this title for the same fiscal year. ### PART P CRIMINAL CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT
