## Sec. 16 **[**[16 U.S.C. 916n](/us/usc/t16/s916n)**]** The Whaling Treaty Act of May 1, 1936 (49 Stat. 1246; 16 U.S.C. 901–915), is hereby repealed and the Secretary of the Interior1 is authorized to refund any part of a license fee paid under said Act that is in excess of the license fee required under this Act.
