## SEC. 13 CLOSED AREA STOWAGE REQUIREMENTS **[**[16 U.S.C. 973k](/us/usc/t16/s973k)**]** At all times while a vessel is in a Closed Area, the fishing gear of the vessel shall be stowed in such a manner as not to be readily available for fishing and in accordance with any requirements established by the Secretary. **[**Section 14 was repealed by section 8422 of division H of Public Law 119–60.**]**
