## SEC. 8074 **[**[10 U.S.C. 3201 note](/us/usc/t10/s3201)**]** Any notice that is required to be submitted to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate under section 3601(c)(4) of title 10, United States Code, after the date of the enactment of this Act shall be submitted pursuant to that requirement concurrently to the Subcommittees on Defense of the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
