## SEC. 730 **[**[6 U.S.C. 190 note](/us/usc/t6/s190)**]** The National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility shall be transferred this or any fiscal year hereafter without reimbursement from the Secretary of Homeland Security to the Secretary of Agriculture.
