## SEC. 7028 disability programs ###
(a)Assistance Of the funds appropriated by this Act under the heading “Development Assistance”, not less than $15,000,000 shall be made available for programs and activities administered by the United States Agency for International Development to address the needs and protect and promote the rights of people with disabilities in developing countries, including initiatives that focus on independent living, economic self-sufficiency, advocacy, education, employment, transportation, sports, political and electoral participation, and integration of individuals with disabilities, including for the cost of translation: * Provided*, That funds shall be made available to support disability rights advocacy organizations in developing countries. ###
(b)Management, Oversight, and Technical Support Of the funds made available pursuant to this section, 5 percent may be used by USAID for management, oversight, and technical support.
