## SEC. 532 ###
(a)None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to destroy any document, recording, or other record pertaining to any— ####
(1)death of, ####
(2)potential sexual assault or abuse perpetrated against, or ####
(3)allegation of abuse, criminal activity, or disruption committed by an individual held in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security. ###
(b)The records referred to in subsection
(a)shall be made available, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and Federal rules governing disclosure in litigation, to an individual who has been charged with a crime, been placed into segregation, or otherwise punished as a result of an allegation described in paragraph (3), upon the request of such individual.
