## SEC. 426 puerto rico schooling authorization extension The authority provided by the 19th unnumbered paragraph under heading “Administrative Provisions, Forest Service” in title III of Public Law 109-54, as amended, shall be applied by substituting “fiscal year 2022” for “fiscal year 2019”.
