## SEC. 311 REVISION OF THE TIMING OF MEDPAC REPORT ON AMBULANCE COST DATA Section 1834(l)(17)(F)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395m(l)(17)(F)(i)) is amended by striking “Not later than March 15, 2023, and as determined necessary by the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission thereafter” and inserting “Not later than the second June 15th following the date on which the Secretary transmits data for the first representative sample of providers and suppliers of ground ambulance services to the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, and as determined necessary by such Commission thereafter,”.
