## SEC. 1306 REVIEW OF LINK BETWEEN SUBSTANCE USE AND VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DATING VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, OR STALKING Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall complete a review and submit to Congress a report on whether being a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking increases the likelihood of having a substance use disorder.
