## SEC. 814 MODIFIED CONDITION FOR PROMPT CONTRACT PAYMENT ELIGIBILITY Section 2307(a)(2)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “if the prime contractor agrees or proposes to make payments to the subcontractor” and inserting “if the prime contractor agrees to make payments to the subcontractor”.
