## SEC. 573 INCLUSION OF MILITARY SERVICE ACADEMIES, OFFICER CANDIDATE AND TRAINING SCHOOLS, AND THE SENIOR RESERVE OFFICERS’ TRAINING CORPS DATA IN DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION REPORTING Section 113 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (c)(2), by inserting before the semicolon the following: “, including the status of diversity and inclusion in the military service academies, the Officer Candidate and Training Schools, and the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps programs of such department”; and ####
(2)in subsection (m)— #####
(A)by redesignating paragraphs (5), (6), and
(7)as paragraphs (6), (7), and (8), respectively; and #####
(B)by inserting after paragraph
(4)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(5) > > The number of graduates of the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps during the fiscal year covered by the report, disaggregated by gender, race, and ethnicity, for each military department.” > .
