## SEC. 542 CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN OFFICER ###
(a)In General Section 933 of title 10, United States Code (article 133 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice) is amended— ####
(1)in the section heading, by striking “and a gentleman”; and ####
(2)by striking “and a gentleman”. ###
(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 877](/us/usc/t10/s877)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter X of chapter 47 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 933 (article 133) and inserting the following new item:" “933. 133. Conduct unbecoming an officer.” ".
