## SEC. 5324 INFORMATION ON EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS CONSISTENT WITH THE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT **[**[22 U.S.C. 2460 note](/us/usc/t22/s2460)**]** Not later than March 31, 2022, and annually thereafter, the Director of the Office of Overseas Schools of the Department of State shall maintain and update a list of overseas schools receiving assistance from the Office and detailing the extent to which each such school provides special education and related services to children with disabilities in accordance with part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 1411 et seq.).
Each list required under this section shall be posted on the public website of the Office for access by members of the Foreign Service, the Senior Foreign Service, and their eligible family members.
