## SEC. 5314 CONSULTING SERVICES ###
(a)In General Chapter 103 of title 5, United States Code, as added by section 10312, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 10302 Consulting services for the Department of State > > **[**[5 U.S.C. 10302](/us/usc/t5/s10302)**]** > > “Any consulting service obtained by the Department of State through procurement contract pursuant to section 3109 of title 5, United States Code, shall be limited to those contracts with respect to which expenditures are a matter of public record and available for public inspection, except if otherwise provided under existing law, or under existing Executive order issued pursuant to existing law.” > . ###
(b)Clerical Amendment The table of sections for chapter 103 of title 5, United States Code, as added by section 10312(b) of this Act, is amended by adding after the item relating to section 10301 of title 5, United States Code, the following new item:" “10302. Consulting services for the Department of State.” ".
