## SEC. 529 REPORT ON EXEMPTIONS AND DEFERMENTS FOR A POSSIBLE MILITARY DRAFT Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Selective Service System, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall submit to Congress a report providing a review of exemptions and deferments from registration, training, and service under the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. 3801 et seq.).
