## SEC. 5212 COMPETITION IN EMBASSY CONSTRUCTION Not later than 45 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate congressional committee and the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report detailing steps the Department of State is taking to expand the embassy construction contractor base in order to increase competition and maximize value.
