## SEC. 357 COMPTROLLER GENERAL ANNUAL REVIEWS OF F-35 SUSTAINMENT EFFORTS ###
(a)Annual Reviews and Briefings Not later than March 1 of each year of 2025, 2026, and 2027, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— ####
(1)conduct an annual review of the sustainment efforts of the Department of Defense with respect to the F-35 aircraft program, which may include the air vehicle and propulsion elements of such program; and ####
(2)provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a briefing on such review, including any findings of the Comptroller General . ###
(b)Elements Each review under subsection (a)(1) shall include an assessment of matters regarding the sustainment or affordability of the F–35 Lighting II aircraft program that the Comptroller General, after consulting with staff from the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate, determines to be of critical importance to the long-term viability of such program. ###
(c)Reports Following the provision of each briefing under subsection (a)(2), at such time as is mutually agreed upon by the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate and the Comptroller General, the Comptroller General shall submit to such committees a report on the matters covered by the briefing. ## Subtitle F Reports
