## SEC. 3514 USES OF EMERGING MARINE TECHNOLOGIES AND PRACTICES Section 50307 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (f); and ####
(2)by inserting after subsection
