## SEC. 323 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PLAN TO REDUCE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS **[**[10 U.S.C. 2911 note](/us/usc/t10/s2911)**]** ###
(a)Plan Required Not later than September 30, 2022, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a plan to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of the Department of Defense. ###
(b)Briefings The Secretary shall provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate annual briefings on the progress of the Department of Defense toward meeting science-based emissions targets in the plan required by subsection (a). ## Subtitle C National Security Climate Resilience
