## SEC. 3119 EXTENSION OF ENHANCED PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY TO MANAGE SUPPLY CHAIN RISK Section 4806(g) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2786(g)) is amended by striking “June 30, 2023” and inserting “December 31, 2028”.
