## SEC. 1663 EXTENSION OF PERIOD FOR TRANSITION OF BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE PROGRAMS TO MILITARY DEPARTMENTS Section 1676(b)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 10 U.S.C. 2431 note) is amended by striking “the date on which the budget of the President for fiscal year 2023 is submitted under section 1105 of title 31, United States Code,” and inserting, “October 1, 2023,”.
