## SEC. 144 LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS FOR THE ARMED OVERWATCH PROGRAM None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2022 for the Department of Defense for the procurement of aircraft systems for the armed overwatch program of the United States Special Operations Command may be obligated or expended until a period of 15 days has elapsed following the date on which the acquisition roadmap required by section 165(a) of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283) is submitted to the congressional defense committees.
