## SEC. 1214 PROHIBITION ON TRANSPORTING CURRENCY TO THE TALIBAN OR THE ISLAMIC EMIRATE OF AFGHANISTAN **[**[10 U.S.C. 2241 note](/us/usc/t10/s2241)**]** None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense may be made available for the operation of any aircraft of the Department of Defense to transport currency or other items of value to the Taliban, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, or any subsidiary, agent, or instrumentality of either the Taliban or the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
