## SEC. 1031 INCLUSION IN COUNTERTERRORISM BRIEFINGS OF INFORMATION ON USE OF MILITARY FORCE IN COLLECTIVE SELF-DEFENSE Section 485(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “activities” the following: “, including the use of military force under the notion of collective self-defense of foreign partners”.
