## SEC. 1019 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR RETIREMENT OR INACTIVATION OF GUIDED MISSILE CRUISERS None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2022 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to retire, prepare to retire, inactivate, or place in storage more than 5 guided missile cruisers.
