## SEC. 1008 AUTHORITY FOR JOINT TASK FORCES TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES CONDUCTING COUNTER-TERRORISM ACTIVITIES ###

(a)Extension Subsection

(b)of section 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108-136; 10 U.S.C. 271 note) is amended by striking “2022” and inserting “2027”. ###

(b)Conditions Subsection

(d)of such section is amended— ####

(1)by striking paragraph (1); ####

(2)by striking (2); ####

(3)by redesignating subparagraphs

(A)and

(B)as paragraphs

(1)and (2), respectively, and adjusting the margins accordingly; and ####

(4)in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking “subparagraph (A)” and inserting “paragraph (1)”. ## Subtitle C Naval Vessels and Shipyards
