## SEC. 90001 EXTENSION OF DIRECT SPENDING REDUCTIONS THROUGH FISCAL YEAR 2031 Section 251A(6) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 901a(6)) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (B), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking “2030” and inserting “2031”; and ####
(2)in subparagraph (C)— #####

(B)in clause (i)— ######
(i)by striking “5 ½” and inserting “6”; ######
(ii)by striking “2.0” and inserting “4.0”; and ######

(i)by striking “6-month period beginning on the day after the last day of the period described in clause (i)” and inserting “second 6 months”; ######
