## SEC. 60503 COORDINATION WITH CERTAIN OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES Section 804(b)(2) of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 644(b)(2)), as added by section 2 of the Broadband DATA Act (Public Law 116-130), is amended— ####

(1)in subparagraph (A), by adding “and” at the end; and ####

(2)by striking subparagraphs

(B)and

(C)and inserting the following: > > ##### “(B) > > coordinate with the Postmaster General, the heads of other Federal agencies that operate delivery fleet vehicles, and the Director of the Bureau of the Census for assistance with data collection whenever coordination could feasibly yield more specific geographic data.” > .
