## SEC. 50215 WATER INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING REAUTHORIZATION ###
(a)In General Section 5033 of the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 3912) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(3) Fiscal years 2022 through 2026 > > There is authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator to carry out this subtitle $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026, to remain available until expended.” > ; ####
(2)in subsection (b)(2)— #####
(A)in the paragraph heading, by striking “2020 and 2021” and inserting “after 2019”; and #####
(B)by striking “2020 and 2021” and inserting “2022 through 2026”; and ####
(3)in subsection (e)(1), by striking “2020 and 2021” and inserting “2022 through 2026”. ###
(b)Outreach Plan The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 3901 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ## “SEC. 5036 OUTREACH PLAN > > **[**[33 U.S.C. 3915](/us/usc/t33/s3915)**]** > > > ### “(a) Definition of Rural Community > > In this section, the term ‘rural community’ means a city, town, or unincorporated area that has a population of not more than 10,000 inhabitants. > > > ### “(b) Outreach Required > > Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this section, the Administrator, in consultation with relevant Federal agencies, shall develop and begin implementation of an outreach plan to promote financial assistance available under this subtitle to small communities and rural communities.” > .
