## SEC. 40703 AMOUNTS DISTRIBUTED FROM ABANDONED MINE RECLAMATION FUND Section 401(f)(2) of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1231(f)(2)) is amended— ####
