## SEC. 40554 ASSISTING FEDERAL FACILITIES WITH ENERGY CONSERVATION TECHNOLOGIES GRANT PROGRAM There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to provide grants authorized under section 546(b) of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (42 U.S.C. 8256(b)), $250,000,000 for fiscal year 2022, to remain available until expended.
