## SEC. 40312 DEFINITIONS Section 803 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16152) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (5), by striking the paragraph designation and heading and all that follows through “ when ” in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)and inserting the following: > > #### “(5) Portable; storage > > The terms ‘portable’ and ‘storage’, when” > ; ####
(2)by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(7)as paragraphs
(2)through (8), respectively; and ####
(3)by inserting before paragraph
(2)(as so redesignated) the following: > > #### “(1) Clean hydrogen; hydrogen > > The terms ‘clean hydrogen’ and ‘hydrogen’ mean hydrogen produced in compliance with the greenhouse gas emissions standard established under section 822(a), including production from any fuel source.” > .
