## SEC. 24206 PETITIONS BY INTERESTED PERSONS FOR STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT Section 30162 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b), by striking “The petition” and inserting “A petition under this section”; ####
(2)in subsection (c), by striking “the petition” and inserting “a petition under this section”; and ####
(3)in subsection (d)— #####
(A)in the third sentence, by striking “ If a petition ” and inserting the following: > > #### “(3) Denial > > If a petition under this section” > ; #####
