## SEC. 23020 REPORT ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING VIOLATIONS INVOLVING COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES **[**[49 U.S.C. 31102 note](/us/usc/t49/s31102)**]** Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 3 years thereafter, the Secretary, acting through the Department of Transportation Advisory Committee on Human Trafficking established under section 5(a) of the Combating Human Trafficking in Commercial Vehicles Act (Public Law 115-99; 131 Stat. 2243), shall coordinate with the Attorney General to prepare and submit to Congress a report relating to human trafficking violations involving commercial motor vehicles, which shall include recommendations for countering human trafficking, including an assessment of previous best practices by transportation stakeholders.
