## SEC. 22105 RESTORATION AND ENHANCEMENT GRANTS ###

(a)In General There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for grants under section 22908 of title 49, United States Code, $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. ###

(b)Oversight The Secretary may withhold up to 1 percent of the amount appropriated for each fiscal year pursuant to subsection

(a)for the costs of project management oversight of grants authorized under title 49, United States Code.
