## SEC. 11501 ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS INTO HIGHWAY TRUST FUND ###

(a)In General Section 105 of title 23, United States Code, is repealed. ###

(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[23 U.S.C. 101](/us/usc/t23/s101)**]** The analysis for chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 105.
