## SEC. 11316 STREAMLINING OF SECTION 4(F) REVIEWS Section 138(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in the fourth sentence, by striking “ In carrying out ” and inserting the following: > > #### “(4) Studies > > In carrying out” > ; ####
(2)in the third sentence— #####
