## SEC. 11310 PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING ###

(a)In General Section 102 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking subsection (b); and ####

(2)in subsection (a), in the second sentence, by striking “ Nothing in this subsection ” and inserting the following: > > ### “(b) Savings Provision > > Nothing in this section” > . ###

(b)Conforming Amendment Section 144(j) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (6).
