## SEC. 11302 WORK ZONE PROCESS REVIEWS **[**[23 U.S.C. 401 note](/us/usc/t23/s401)**]** The Secretary shall amend section 630.1008(e) of title 23, Code of Federal Regulations, to ensure that the work zone process review under that subsection is required not more frequently than once every 5 years.
