## SEC. 11121 CONSTRUCTION OF FERRY BOATS AND FERRY TERMINAL FACILITIES Section 147 of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
(h)and inserting the following: > > ### “(h) Authorization of Appropriations > > There are authorized to be appropriated out of the Highway Trust Fund (other than the Mass Transit Account) to carry out this section— > > > #### “(1) > > $110,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; > > > #### “(2) > > $112,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; > > > #### “(3) > > $114,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; > > > #### “(4) > > $116,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and > > > #### “(5) > > $118,000,000 for fiscal year 2026.” > .
