## SEC. 11117 TOLL ROADS, BRIDGES, TUNNELS, AND FERRIES ###
(a)In General Section 129(c) of title 23, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking “the construction of ferry boats and ferry terminal facilities, whether toll or free,” and inserting “the construction of ferry boats and ferry terminal facilities (including ferry maintenance facilities), whether toll or free, and the procurement of transit vehicles used exclusively as an integral part of an intermodal ferry trip,”. ###
(b)Diesel Fuel Ferry Vessels **[**[23 U.S.C. 147 note](/us/usc/t23/s147)**]** ####
(1)In general Notwithstanding section 147(b), in the case of a project to replace or retrofit a diesel fuel ferry vessel that provides substantial emissions reductions, the Federal share of the cost of the project may be up to 85 percent, as determined by the State. ####
(2)Sunset The authority provided by paragraph
(1)shall terminate on September 30, 2025.
