## SEC. 100115 MINIMIZING DISRUPTIONS TO EXISTING MBDA BUSINESS CENTER PROGRAM **[**[15 U.S.C. 9525](/us/usc/t15/s9525)**]** The Under Secretary shall ensure that each Federal assistance award made under the Business Centers program of the Agency, as is in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act, is carried out in a manner that, to the greatest extent practicable, prevents disruption of any activity carried out under that award.
