## SEC. 100112 PURPOSE **[**[15 U.S.C. 9522](/us/usc/t15/s9522)**]** The purpose of the MBDA Business Center Program shall be to create a national network of public-private partnerships that— ####

(1)assist minority business enterprises in— #####

(A)accessing capital, contracts, and grants; and #####

(B)creating and maintaining jobs; ####

(2)provide counseling and mentoring to minority business enterprises; and ####

(3)facilitate the growth of minority business enterprises by promoting trade.
