## SEC. 887 AMENDMENTS TO SUBMISSIONS TO CONGRESS RELATING TO CERTAIN FOREIGN MILITARY SALES Section 887(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 22 U.S.C. 2761 note) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “December 31, 2021” each place it appears and inserting “December 31, 2022”; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) Applicability > > The requirements of this subsection apply only to foreign military sales processes within the Department of Defense.” > .
