## SEC. 865 REPORTING REQUIREMENT ON EXPENDITURE AMOUNTS FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH PROGRAM AND THE SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROGRAM Section 9 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)(7)— #####
(A)in subparagraph (F), by striking “and” at the end; #####
(B)in subparagraph (G), by adding “and” after the semicolon at the end; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(H) > > with respect to a Federal agency to which subsection (f)(1) or (n)(1) applies, whether the Federal agency has complied with the applicable subsection for the year covered by the report;” > ; ####
(2)in subsection (g)(10), by inserting “, which section shall describe whether or not the Federal agency complied with the requirements of subsection
(f)for the year covered by that plan and include a justification for failure to comply (if applicable),” after “a section on its SBIR program”; and ####
(3)in subsection (o)(8), by inserting “, which section shall describe whether or not the Federal agency complied with the requirements of subsection
(n)for the year covered by that plan and include a justification for failure to comply (if applicable),” after “a section on its STTR program”.
