## SEC. 8346 TRANSPORTATION WORK IDENTIFICATION CARD PILOT PROGRAM Section 70105(g) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking “ shall concurrently ” and all that follows and inserting the following: > “shall— > > > #### “(1) > > develop and, no later than 2 years after the date of enactment of the Elijah E. Cummings Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2020, implement a joint application for merchant mariner’s documents under chapter 73 and for a transportation security card issued under this section; and > > > #### “(2) > > upon receipt of a joint application developed under paragraph
